ROA Annual General Meeting 2008
Levy and levity were there for those who attended the ROA's annual general meeting and lunch at the Hyatt Regency London Churchill, Portman Square, London.
ROA president Paul Dixon made an address, followed by an owners’ forum, during which members directed questions to the Council. Douglas Erskine-Crum, chief executive of the Horserace Betting Levy Board, addressed the meeting and took questions.
Sir Mark Prescott made the after-lunch speech, so guests were assured of an entertaining afternoon after the morning’s political issues.
