Win a 3-night trip for two to Coolmore Stud and the Irish Guineas

ROA members are being offered the chance to win two places on Horse Racing Abroad’s very special 3-night tour to Coolmore Stud and the Irish Guineas, from May 24-27 2012.

The lucky winner and their guest will enjoy a visit to the legendary Coolmore Stud, home to a host of top stallions, including supersire Galileo.

This will be followed by 2 days of Classic-racing action at The Curragh, for the Irish 1,000 and 2,000 Guineas.

The prize includes:
• Return flights from London Heathrow to Dublin with Aer Lingus.
• Escorted coach transfers throughout.
• Visit to Coolmore Stud.
• 3 nights’ hotel accommodation in a twin/double room on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis, at the 4-star Horse & Jockey Hotel in Tipperary and the 4-star Keadeen Hotel in Kildare.
• Members’ admission badges for The Curragh on May 26-27, with access to the Premier Level of the Grandstand.
• Assistance of a Horse Racing Abroad representative.

Plumpton Racecourse to host Cheltenham Festival Preview Evening

Plumpton Racecourse is repeating its very popular Betfred Cheltenham Festival Preview Evening on Friday 9th March, featuring a panel of distinguished racing celebrities including Richard Hoiles and Mick Fitzgerald, betting pundit Mark “the Couch” Winstanley, Sussex trainer Gary Moore and Betfred/totepool PR director George Primarolo.

Chief Executive of Plumpton Racecourse Claire Sheppard said “We are delighted to again be holding this very popular evening, and with such a knowledgeable and entertaining panel. If you are planning to attend or have a bet at Cheltenham, you are sure to pick up some key information from those close to the leading contenders for the Festival”
